When you book a session or send an inquiry we collect your name, email, phone number and any notes you include.
While you browse, our own server also keeps a simple visit log: your IP address, approximate location (country), device type and screen width, the page or link that sent you here, any campaign tag in the address you arrived on, which parts of the site you use and how far down them you read, how quickly the pages loaded for you, and the text of any error your browser ran into. There are no third-party analytics services, no ad pixels and no tracking cookies - the log lives in our own database and entries are deleted automatically after 6 months. The one exception: to turn an IP address into a country name we ask a lookup service once per address; nothing else about you is sent, and no record of it is kept there on our behalf.
When you submit a booking or an inquiry, we check that the phone number and email address you gave can actually be reached - first with our own server, and, if the studio has enabled it, with a verification service. Only the number or address being checked is sent, once, and no record of it is kept there on our behalf.
No one, beyond the two lookup services described above - each sees only the single value it is asked about and keeps nothing for us. The one other case: if you press play on a record, the video is streamed from a privacy-enhanced third-party video host, which sees your IP address and which page you played it from - see our Cookie Policy. Everything else lives in our own database and email inbox.
